Technical Consultant for Customer Care

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Do you enjoy working with modern technologies and seeking solutions to problems?
Do you want to learn working with the cloud customer care applications?
Are you interest how a cognitive technology can be employed in modern IT solutions?

Main responsibilities:
Design and implementation of modern custom care systems (Genesys Cloud, Google DialogFlow et al.)
Working in a team responsible for implementing such solutions
Assessing implementation results and searching new ways for improvement
Ambition to become an expert in this area
Cooperation with developers, architects, consultants and our clients

What we expect from you:

Analytical mind, attention to detail
Willingness and ability to communicate with people from both IT and Business departments
Good understanding of modern IT and technology
Willingness to learn new things
Understanding of the customer care domain is an advantage
Ability to communicate in both English and Czech/Slovak
Basic programming knowledge is an advantage but not required.
