For growing Technical Support teams, IBM is looking for competent and positive people. Your primary job will be to create great client experience for our customers, by solving their technical difficulties in one of the following languages GERMAN, FRENCH, CROATIAN, SPANISH, PORTUGUESE, TURKISH, RUSSIAN, POLISH, DUTCH or HUNGARIAN. Internally we speak in English, therefore some solid level is required also here. Do not be worried about your technical proficiency, we are hiring people for their attitude, you will learn the rest.
